We help small businesses simplify the way they operate: improving processes, reducing admin and introducing practical solutions that save time.
Every business is different, so services can be tailored: from a focused review through to a larger custom solution. Where a project requires deeper technical work, we bring in additional expertise to make sure the right outcome is delivered.
The work
What we help with.
№ 01
Workflow & Efficiency Reviews
A practical review of how your business currently works, with a focus on identifying bottlenecks, duplication, manual handling and opportunities to simplify. This can also be applied to your website and digital presence: a one-off health check covering site performance, page speed, SEO basics and whether your online presence is actually working as hard as it should be.
Good for
Businesses feeling inefficient but not sure why
Businesses relying on workarounds that have become the norm
Owners who know things are messy but don't know where to start
Maybe this is you
Does information live in too many places: spreadsheets, emails, paper and memory?
Do some jobs end up done twice because nobody knew the first one happened?
Does every new staff member learn the job a slightly different way?
Does something always fall over when you take a holiday?
What you'll walk away with
A clear, plain-English summary of where time is being lost in your business, so it's easy to see what's actually going on
Quick wins you can put in place yourself: simple changes that save time straight away, usually at little or no cost
A prioritised list of bigger improvements with realistic cost and time estimates, so you know what's worth investing in next
Practical tool suggestions matched to your situation and budget: specific options that fit a small business like yours
A 30-minute follow-up conversation, so you've got someone to talk to once you've had time to digest the findings
№ 02
Spreadsheet & System Replacement
Many businesses outgrow the spreadsheets, templates and patchwork tools they started with. When that happens, we look at what's still working and what isn't, then replace the rest with a solution that fits how your business runs today.
Good for
Businesses still running on Excel or Access
Businesses with data in too many places
Businesses where information gets lost between systems
Maybe this is you
Has your "master tracker" grown into a spreadsheet you're a bit afraid to touch?
Are the same details typed into three different places just to keep everyone in the loop?
Is half the information in a spreadsheet and the other half in someone's head?
Has the file become someone's full-time job to maintain?
What you'll walk away with
A new solution, set up and ready to use, built around how your business actually works rather than a generic template
Your existing data migrated across, with nothing left behind in old spreadsheets
A simple guide your team can refer back to, written in plain English, not software jargon
Training for the people who'll use it, so they're confident from day one
30 days of follow-up support, because real life always throws up questions once you start using something
№ 03
Automation of Repetitive Admin
If your business is spending too much time on the same repetitive tasks, automation may help, including AI automation where it genuinely saves time. The focus is always on practical wins, not unnecessary complexity.
Good for
Businesses doing the same admin tasks repeatedly
Businesses where follow-ups slip through the cracks
Owners spending evenings on reporting or manual updates
Maybe this is you
Do you have two systems that don't talk to each other and someone keeping them in sync by hand?
Do quotes or enquiries fall through the cracks when no one chases them?
Do customers wait on confirmations, reminders or follow-ups that someone has to send by hand?
Does end-of-month reporting take a full day to pull together?
What you'll walk away with
Automated workflows running in your business, built around your specific process, not a generic template
Your existing tools connected so they finally talk to each other: no more re-typing information across systems
Documentation showing how it works and how to make small changes yourself, so you're not dependent on outside help for everything
A realistic estimate of time saved per week, so you can see the value the automation is delivering
30 days of follow-up support, to refine and adjust as you use it in real life
№ 04
Custom Business Tools
Where needed, we can scope and design simple custom tools to support the way your business works. Examples include quoting tools, job tracking, lead and customer trackers, inspection workflows, internal dashboards, simple operational portals, and purpose-built apps.
Custom tool projects are quoted as a single piece of work, including discovery, requirements, design, build and launch. There's one project price, not separate stages to pay for.
Good for
Businesses that can't find an off-the-shelf tool that fits
Businesses needing something tailored to their specific workflow
Operators wanting to replace a messy manual process with something simple and digital
Maybe this is you
Have you tried off-the-shelf tools, only to find none quite fit how you actually work?
Do you have a process that only works because one person knows how to run it?
Do you have a one-off event, project or workflow that needs its own simple tool?
Is there something you've always wanted to build but never knew where to start?
What you'll walk away with
A working custom tool built around your specific workflow, not an off-the-shelf compromise
Everything set up and ready to use, with your data already loaded
Training for the people who'll use it day-to-day, so they're confident, not confused
Written documentation for ongoing reference
30 days of post-launch support, to refine and adjust based on how it actually gets used
Getting found online shouldn't be a mystery. We build new websites or refresh tired ones, create your Google Business Profile or fix up the one you already have, and get your social media working properly, so customers can find you, see what you do and get in touch easily. We'll also set up a simple way to collect reviews, because they're often what tips a new customer your way.
Good for
Businesses without a website, or with one that's out of date
Local businesses that don't show up when people search nearby
Businesses with great customers but few or no online reviews
Owners launching something new (a product, a book, a service) and needing it seen
Maybe this is you
Do customers say they couldn't find you on Google?
Do happy customers rarely leave a review because nobody asks?
Is your website something you'd rather people didn't look at?
Did you set up Facebook and Instagram years ago and never quite get them right?
Have you got a launch coming up and no plan for telling people about it?
What you'll walk away with
A fast, mobile-friendly website that clearly says what you do, built to be easy to keep up to date
Search basics done properly: page titles, descriptions, site structure and Google Search Console, so you can be found
A Google Business Profile set up from scratch, or your existing one corrected and filled out, so you show up on Google Maps and in local searches
A simple way to ask for reviews: a review link and QR code built into your invoices, follow-up emails or job-complete messages, for Google and any other sites your customers use, such as Facebook, Trustpilot or ProductReview.com.au
Facebook and Instagram set up with clear names, bios and categories, plus a simple content plan you can run yourself
Analytics in place, so you can see what's actually working
Sometimes the biggest challenge isn't the technology. It's getting clear on what's actually needed. This service helps define the requirements, workflows and process rules clearly before money is spent on the wrong build.
This service is offered as a standalone piece of work, useful when you'll be engaging your own developer or software provider. For projects we deliver end to end (like a Custom Business Tool), requirements work is included in the project price, not charged separately.
Good for
Businesses about to engage a developer but unsure what to ask for
Businesses that have been burned by unclear scope in the past
Owners who know they need something built but haven't defined the requirements
Maybe this is you
Are you comparing developer quotes that all seem to describe something different?
Have software vendors pitched you tools and left you unsure which one actually fits?
Have you had a previous build go wrong because the brief wasn't clear?
Do you know what's broken but not how to describe what should replace it?
What you'll walk away with
A written requirements document covering what your business actually needs
Clear workflow diagrams showing how the new system should work
A list of features ranked by priority: what's essential, what's nice to have and what to leave out
A brief ready to hand to any developer or software vendor, so they know exactly what to quote on
Realistic cost and timeline expectations, so you know what to budget for and what's reasonable
Confidence to engage the right help and avoid expensive mistakes

Ongoing Support
After an initial project, some businesses benefit from ongoing support: small refinements over time, occasional adjustments as the business evolves, and a trusted advisor for systems and process decisions. This can also extend to keeping your website and online presence healthy: reviewing site performance, improving SEO basics, updating content and making sure your digital presence is actually generating business, not just costing you money.
Good for
Businesses with a previously delivered system or process that needs ongoing refinement
Owners wanting periodic advisory input on systems and process decisions
Businesses planning further small improvements over the coming months
Businesses with a website that hasn't been reviewed or updated in a while
Anyone paying for online ads who isn't sure their website is actually converting
What you'll walk away with each month
A scheduled check-in to review what's working and what needs attention
Small refinements and adjustments to your existing systems, without you having to project-manage them
Quick advisory calls when you're choosing between options, so you've got someone to think things through with
Website performance and health monitoring: page speed, SEO basics and content freshness
Confidence that your systems and online presence stay fit for purpose as your business evolves
What ongoing support isn't
This service is for ongoing systems and process work, not day-to-day IT help. It doesn't cover laptop or device troubleshooting, software installations on personal devices, printer or network issues, password resets, or fixing broken hardware. For general IT support, a local IT support provider is the right partner.
Note: Ongoing support costs may be in addition to third-party infrastructure costs such as hosting, domains, email and storage. These will be discussed and outlined clearly as part of any engagement.
How it works
A simple, practical process from start to finish.
You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. Most projects follow these stages. Smaller pieces of work, like a review, use just the first few.
1
Initial conversation
We talk about your business: what's frustrating you, what's inefficient, and what you'd like to improve.
2
Review the current state
A close look at how things are currently being done: processes, systems, handoffs and pain points.
3
Recommend practical options
Clear recommendations on what could be improved, the options available, and where the biggest value sits.
4
Design or implement
Improving the process directly, designing the right solution, or scoping what needs to be built.
5
Refine and support
Once changes are in place, refining the workflow and supporting adoption where needed.
No jargon. No inflated promises. No unnecessary systems. Just clear advice, practical solutions and a focus on making your business easier to run.
